I recently completed a doctoral degree in American literature at Purdue University where I have served as a production manager and editorial assistant for Modern Fiction Studies and taught US literature and composition. I am currently an acquisitions assistant for Purdue University Press. My research focuses on twentieth and twenty-first century US literature, with emphases on postmodernism, Cold War detective literature, proletarian fiction, and multiethnic literature.
